Frequently asked questions.
How do I get and apply my discount?
Click to auto-apply discount after spinning. If you ticked the email box, we'll also email your code to you.
Why won't my Buy-One-Get-One code work?
BOGO requires a minimum of two Halloween-eligible shoes in your cart. It won't activate if you only add one shoe or add non-participating items.
How long is my discount code good for?
Your code is valid for 72 hours right after you spin. No replacement for expired codes.
How many times can I spin the wheel?
You get one free spin per email every day. You can earn one extra spin each day when a friend opens your share link.
Can I use my discount together with other offers?
No. Only one discount applies per order, and checkout automatically picks the better price for you.
When does the spin-wheel close?
The spin wheel closes Oct 31, 23:59 CET.
